Our barrel sauna is fired with local wood and sits beside the old Straw Store at Maker Heights. Sweat it out, take the cold plunge, then sit back and take in the Cornish countryside. Come to a shared session, or book the whole sauna for your group.

The sauna
A traditional wood-fired barrel sauna, heated with sustainably sourced local wood. It gives a soft, deep heat that an electric sauna can't match. Step out into the cold plunge, cool down in the fresh air, and go again.

The Space
Next to the sauna is the Straw Store, a light, calm room with a kitchen and lounge. Hire it for retreats, away days, yoga, workshops or a quiet day of work, and add a sauna session to finish.
